The room of the Bed & Breakfast In Centro is named after the famous via Maqueda in Palermo also known as ‘the new street’.

It was built at the end of 16th century and cut the city from side to side crossing the old Cassaro in the place that is now called ‘Quattro Canti’, so that the two streets have divided the city in four districts.
